WhatsApp us with your shoot date, set needed, and a brief. We usually respond within a few hours.What does the day rate include?
A "day" is 10 hours. Whole Studio bookings include all three sets, props, furniture, power, Wi-Fi, makeup room, and cargo-lift access.Do you charge overtime?
Yes. Overtime is billed at $150/hr in 30-minute increments. We'll always check with you before going into overtime.Cancellation policy?
Full refund 7+ days before shoot. 50% refund within 7 days. Non-refundable within 48 hours of shoot date. Free reschedule once if more than 48 hours out.Can you hold a date for me?
Yes — we offer a 48-hour courtesy hold while you confirm internally. A 30% deposit secures the booking beyond that.Insurance?
Production crews are expected to carry their own PLI. Equipment in studio is the producer's responsibility during the shoot window. Aria Atelier carries premises liability.Parking and load-in?
On-site parking is available for crew and talent. Cargo lift goes direct to studio floor for equipment load-in.Weekend shoots?
Weekend bookings are charged at a 15% surcharge on top of the standard rate.
